Both but to be honest I prefer consoles over pc but just a little. Its nearly the same level I enjoy them.

PC is cool because you can assemble your own machine with different pieces. It's the reason why I'd say PC.

PC for many reasons.
mouse and keyboard controls,
mods,
Steam sales,
1080p 60+fps.

I love PS3 for the exclusives though.
